What is Vitamin D?

1. Vitamin D2 (ergocalciferol) from plant-based sources and fortified foods

We all know how critical Vitamin D is for bone health. That’s because Vitamin D has a large impact on how the body absorbs calcium. In fact Vitamin D’s primary role in the body is to control calcium levels in the blood. Research Findings on Vitamin D Deficiency and Joint Health
