I’m on my second bottle of the Mushrooms. I take them in the morningon an empty stomach and wait a half hour before having tea or food. So far I have not noticed any stomach upset or problem with digesting them. It feels like I’m somewhat calmer, but other than that, I don’t know what effect they’re having.
