I have been taking "Brain" nutrients for 3 months now. It's definitely improved my recall, the kind of recall that takes you to your bedroom, then you forget while you're there and have to retrace your steps in hopes of remembering... and it may not be spontaneous recall. Still, my chances of hitting pay dirt by recalling successfully have increased by at least 50% at this point.
