Good Results
I am fully satisfied with my results using Dynamic Brain. It took around 2 months to see results, but probably because I was taking it with breakfast. I started taking it a half hour before breakfast and it made all the difference.
If you take other supplements, I suggest checking the total amount taken for each one since Dynamic Brain has so many in its formula. I had to find a a multivitamin with less B6, and stopped taking my extra zinc.
In addition, be sure you are fully hydrated. The Water Llama App has made it easy to remember to drink enough fluids each day, which enhances the ability of Dynamic Brain and other supplements to work well.

I’m 65 and tried the Stonehenge dynamic brain herb compilation. I do think it has helped me quite a bit. It does have magnesium in it and I accidentally overdosed on magnesium last week. Please be careful with other supplements. I definitely plan to re-order. Anything that can help with proper brain function at this age, well I’m going to take that.
