Shipping, Exchanges, & Returns
Payment Options: We accept credit and debit cards from Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, Diners Club, PayPal, Venmo, and Shop Pay. We cannot accept CODs (cash on delivery), checks, or cash payments. The charge will be shown as "Stonehenge Health."
American Express customers: Immediately after processing your order, your statement may show "Shopify Retail" as the charge, but once the payment is finalized, it will be shown as "Stonehenge Health."
Countries We Ship To: United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom, and Ireland. Sadly, if you are located outside one of these countries, we cannot accept orders from you at this time.
Shipping Speed / Options: Typically, we ship orders from Northern Illinois within 1 business day of your purchase. In the US, shipments generally take 3-7 business days to be delivered, and outside the US, generally 4-9 business days. Expedited service is also available for 2-4 business day delivery.
Tracking: Once your order is shipped, we will send you an e-mail with your unique tracking number. Easy 1-2-3 Exchanges & Returns
At Stonehenge Health, your satisfaction is our priority. We proudly stand behind our products, but we understand that everyone’s body is unique. If a product isn’t the right fit for you, no worries! Simply return it within 90 days from the day you receive it. To qualify for a full refund, please send back all bottles—used or unused—along with the original packaging. We’re here to help.
Step 1: For all refunds or exchanges simply contact our customer care center via e-mail at support@stonehengehealth.com, call us at 1-800-930-5965, or text (949) 674-0920 (M-F 8-8, Sat 9-3, Sun 10-2 ET), for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) or an EMA (Exchange Merchandise Authorization). Please do not ship your return without an RMA or EMA as it makes it nearly impossible for our returns department to locate your order.
Step 2: For the fastest processing, please return all product portions—empty, unused, or full—along with the original packing slip or a copy of your emailed receipt. Write your RMA or EMA number inside or outside the package.
Step 3: Ship your return to the address provided by customer service. (Please do not send returns to the Newport Beach corporate address, as it will significantly delay your return processing time.)
Important Info
Refunds: All refunds are based on the number of items returned. For example: if 6 bottles of an item are purchased, and only 2 bottles are returned for a refund, a pro-rated refund of 1/3 of the purchase price will be issued. If a partial return is received, the refund will be issued in the order of the lower-priced item first. All packages returned "Refused / Return To Sender" or undeliverable will be refunded the cost of the product minus the order shipping fee and the fee incurred by refusal of the package, a minimum fee of fifteen ($15) dollars.
Exchange Program: We are happy to offer a 90-day exchange as well. You can exchange a product and request that we send you a different Stonehenge Health product instead of equal or lesser value with free shipping back to you, or items of greater value when you pay the difference. All exchanges are deemed final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged a second time. You can select the alternative items during the exchange process using the link above.
Return Postage: Return postage to us is the customer's responsibility. For your convenience, a return postage label will be created for you, and the cost will be deducted from the return credit. Any shipment that is returned and marked as “Refused” or “Return to Sender” or that is undeliverable will be refunded, minus the order shipping fee if applicable, as well as any fees we incur by receiving your refused package, a minimum fee of fifteen ($15) dollars.
Return by Date: Return and exchange requests must be started within 90 days from the delivery date to initiate the return or exchange process, and then the items must be received within 2 weeks of the RMA/EMA being issued. All charges (excluding shipping and processing fees) are fully refundable within 90 days of delivery.
Opened/Empty Returns: A product that has been opened or is empty may only be returned if adequate time has passed to try the product as directed on the label. Example: we will not accept a 6-bottle/6-month supply of empty or partially used product containers after only one month.
Refunded Payments: Refunds can only be issued using the original form of payment or store credit gift card. Refunds are typically processed within 72 hours of receiving the shipment in our returns department. Please allow up to 5 business days for your bank to process the refund and the credit to appear on your account. We cannot issue refunds to an account other than the one used to place the order or by any other payment method.
