I've always been skeptical of the various supplements out there but these really do help me so much. I've been taking these and the Pre+ProBiotics one for over a year. I ran out and intentionally didn't reorder right away about 6 months ago to see if I noticed a difference without them. Within a week of not taking them, hot flashes increased significantly, my emotions were all over the place and unexplainably low, and I just didn't feel as energized. I reordered and started taking them again and within days my emotions were balanced and "normal" for me, the hot flashes subsided to just 2 or 3 small ones a day, and I felt back to my normal self. For me, these seem to be a great alternative to western medicine's traditional options without all the scary side effects they come with. Highly recommend - worth the money for the balance and comfort if you can afford it and getting them in bulk reduces the cost.
