Is the main ingredient actually studied?
Does the main ingredient have a human study behind it? Not on mice. A trial on real people, at the dose in the bottle.
Most supplements use glucosamine. The largest trial found it worked about as well as a sugar pill.
Dynamic Joint uses 100 mg of AprèsFlexBoswellia™️, a patented extract with published human trials. In a double-blind study, that dose eased joint stiffness in as few as five days.

Are the doses hidden?
Turn the bottle over. Does it say "proprietary blend"? That means they don't have to tell you the dose of each ingredient. If they were proud of the doses, they'd show them.

Who checked what's in the bottle?
Independent labs have tested off-the-shelf supplements for years. ConsumerLab and Labdoor keep finding the same thing: the label says one dose, the test finds less.
The fix is third-party certification, an outside lab checking the contents against the label. Dynamic Joint is NSF certified. What's on the label is what's in the bottle, because an independent lab says so, not because we do.
