Right Ingredients
Choline, Inositol & Chromium are 3 main components for brain health; many supplements give you everything but these plus the certain amino acids that cross blood barriers for proper absorption. This product does. I actually noticed the difference when I stopped taking this feeling disorganized, lack of focus & increased fogginess.
