Results
I’ve only been taking these for about a month and a half and have noticed a few things. First, the cravings and snacking have definitely decreased. I work from home so the kitchen is always nearby and I would find myself mindlessly snacking a lot. But that has stopped completely. Second, I went away to Chicago for the weekend and ate deep dish pizza and all the things and didn’t gain a pound! I eat clean on a daily basis so usually when I have a weekend like that, I’m up at least 3 lbs afterwards. But that didn’t happen! Lastly, I’ve lost 5lbs so far!!
