I started taking Dynamic Joint because of a problem of pain in one foot that was assumed to be arthritis of some kind in the metatarsal joints. Nothing worked to help with the pain and debilitation, and I can't tolerate the meds for it. I didn't want to take meds anyway. I was desperate to be able to walk without a medical boot. So I figured, why not try? After a couple weeks of taking it, my foot pain went away. Completely. After having suffered with it for a good 8 months. I also started exercising more regularly around the same time, so my assessment is that the combination of strengthening it and taking this supplement did the trick. I don't think it was the exercise alone, because I had tried that before and it didn't work. I would recommend.
