I give this 5 stars. I tried it previously and then was encouraged to start HRT. Well, HRT was not a positive experience for me at all. Every nerve pain I ever had came back with a vengeance and sent me to PT. Sleep was not improved and then when I decided to stop HRT after a month because I just couldn't do it, the night sweats and hot flashes were unbearable! I can't believe what I thought were bad before trying HRT were even that bad. Well, I ordered this Menopause Support and within roughly two weeks or so, goodbye to the night sweats and hot flashes. I do feel like I may get a little warmer at times (for like 2 minutes maybe) but totally bearable and minimal. I added back Dynamic Nerve as well and I was no longer needing to apply any type of roll on pain killer in the middle of the night. The only thing that isn't the best is the sleep but I will not complain. It is nothing compared to what I experienced. Now I'm thinking of adding GLP-1 support for weight.

I started menopause because I had a complete hysterectomy with oomphectomy in 2020. I do not want to use estrogen medication to help with the symptoms, I want natural.
