Once Perimenopause hit my sleep, good restorative sleep, left me in a hurry. I have tried a gambit of sleep aids but to no success. I was on a hormone balancing drop system that was helping with several of my menopause afflictions but also killing my wallet and taking my budget hostage. I found Stonehenge Health on Facebook and decided to give a try. I am glad I did. The biggest benefit I get from this supplement is well rested and restorative sleep. I still get up at night for animals and to use the little room but I am also able to go right back to sleep without my brain taking over. It has helped moderately well with hot flashes (mostly I get those at night) and my mood is much more balanced. For me the food talk and weight loss/management does not seem to factor in with this supplement although I have read that it does for others. The drops I was on managed my food talk/cravings better and even my thermostat was better on them but the trade for better sleep is one I am happy to make since the menopause support does have some influence on those things as well. I wish the mid section belly fat and weight would disappear but I am overall happy with this product.
